Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all postcodes in Great Britain. Unfortunately we have a temporary hold on international sales and those to Northern Ireland. 

How long is processing and delivery time?

As orders are weighed out to order, our current processing time is 1-3 working days from the day that we receive your order. Occasionally we may need to extend these dispatch times, however this will usually be made clear upon checkout.

My order is urgent, can I get it processed faster?

While we can't guarantee expedited packing, we can certainly take into account any urgent orders. Please give us a call or send us an email and we can make a note on your order.

Can I amend my order after placing? 

We can't guarantee that we will be able to merge orders or pull them aside in time to amend them, however we will try our best to accommodate any amendments. Please give us a call or send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

Can I track my order?

All of our postage options come with tracking. If you haven't received this directly from the courier within a few days of placing your order, please send us an email with your order details and we will forward your tracking email to you. 

Sending an order as a gift

If you'd like to send an order as a gift and would like us to leave the invoice out of the parcel, just send us an email!

What are your shipping options?

We offer a selection of shipping options depending on the products you've chosen.

Most orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL depending on the products, however orders with more than 5kg of liquid will automatically be sent with DX. 

While we cannot guarantee a specific courier due to shipping rules, we can take into account any preferences. Please contact us after placing your order and we can update your notes and let you know whether we can accommodate your preference. 

More information will be available upon checkout, but the guide is as follows:

Up to 2kg of product - £4.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Tracked)
2.01kg - 20kg of product - £5.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Tracked, weight dependant)
20kg + of product = £5.50 per 20kg 

Orders that include over 5kg of liquid will be sent with DX.

 

Do you offer any student discounts?

To keep our prices low for as many people as possible, we don't currently offer any student discounts. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

Please contact us at enquiries@regencyfcb.com before returning an item, including the following details: 

- Name
- Email Address 
- Order Number
- Reason for return

Please ensure that you notify us with your request to return within 14 days of receiving your products. 

You will be responsible for paying the return fees, however your original postage fees will be refunded. 

Items must be returned well packaged as items damaged in transit back to us cannot be refunded. We recommend getting proof of postage when returning your items, as we cannot refund an order until it arrives back with us. 

Please note that we cannot refund items that have been used as these can not be resold. 

Sale items will be refunded at their sale price. 

We do not currently offer exchanges.
